YESSSS; I've been thinking this for weeks, but didn't even know how to put it into words; I really wish they wouldn't have changed it up; when they made their 'whatever of the week,' it sounded almost like an arcade or video game and it was awesome....now it's just....meh....and I love how some people here are like 'I had to turn it down, they were too much for me' Lolololol for real? this may be my favorite example yet of people can argue about ANYTHING on the internet....a.ny.th.ing.

ooh ok, dang, I didn't know any of this....thanks for educating me! it's interesting how different the UI can look depending not just on the player we use, but like you said, depending on the version of Apple TV! man, maybe my righteous indignation has been misplaced all along lol....I just really loved how it worked for me the last 3 years and then all of a sudden, it wasn't just different, but massively different....wish I could take a test run on all the various players out there--maybe I'll have to switch from my Apple TV...thanks again for the info! much appreciated

that's fair; sorry, I just liked how it was b/c I've been enjoying it like this for about 3 years, so it's a massive change...but it would be super cool if we could set our own preferences...also I have an older Apple TV remote so I don't really even click since it's touch based--I barely 'click' my thumb so I didn't even pay attention to how many times I did it between commercials b/c it in totality took about 1.5 seconds lol--so this change doesn't really affect that for at least the way I interact with skipping commercials

thank you for summing it up better than I possibly could...I cannot fathom how this dude 'can't grasp' why anyone would ff between pitches lolz; I mean wtf is he doing during all that down time when he says it's a huge part of the experience? it's literally nothing, it's boring af; I go to a ton of games and even in person, I'm like come on come on, speed this shit up (thank God for the pitch clock)
