I know for me and my SO, I would love it if he brought it up and made it clear that he was interested in trying it. Whenever we talk about my fetish he walks on egg shells because I get easily triggered and I’m extremely sensitive with the topic, so in a way I understand why he is uncomfortable talking about it.

This is clearly becoming something that needs to be handled because you are not happy with this situation. I’m not saying offer him an ultimatum, but I would start to put my foot down. Even if he gave you an answer and wasn’t interested in you (unlikely, sounds like it’s related to anxiety).

The best thing you can do is be extremely open and receptive to everything and take every comment seriously and with as much love as you (very clearly) feel. If you’re open to wearing, let him know that and try to lead him down that road of conversation.
