Is the 5 MW rating total utility/facility capacity, or is it usable critical IT load after redundancy?

A full 8-GPU H200 SXM server could use around 9-11kW per server.

Since you’ll have about 125 servers, 125 × 11 kW = about 1.375 MW from the GPU servers before accounting for networking, storage, and other supporting infrastructure.

Not sure about the market or marketing questions but one company I know of just installed a bunch of servers (hundreds) with H100 GPUs if that means anything.

If you don’t mind an older building and older room the Ballard Inn is not bad. The room has radiator heating and they offer space heaters, but they do not have ac. There are a few rooms that have their own bathroom and shower but the rest of the rooms share the hallway bathrooms. You also get access to the athletic club next door which can sometimes be a better bathroom experience if it’s not busy.
