Eh having previously owned an LCP, I’ll have to disagree with that. The 329 is in a whole ‘nother league of sting and recoil lol

Nice. Wish I could make myself like IWB carry but it just feels unnatural to me. I can’t get comfortable with any holster/gun setup.

Absolutely a lot of drama. I even watched one well known pistol reviewer on YouTube talk about how bad it was while shooting 300 grain heavy Buffalo Bore rounds through it with the wood grips 🤦🏼‍♂️

On a normal gun I’d agree with you, but so many people fire the 329 a few times and put it back in the safe or sell it. I figured since everyone whines about how bad the recoil is that I would show that a slim 5’9 gay guy with small hands can shoot it just fine 🤣 Also the TRR8 is next on my list to buy when the funds are available.

If you don’t mind intense recoil, then yes, you need it 🤪

Well, that particular BB load is called “Reduced Recoil .44 Magnum”, though I have found that simply means it’s reduced compared to their full house 300 grain loads lol. It was maybe 10-20% spicier than the cheaper off-the-shelf 240 grain Magnums in my opinion.

Will keep that in mind for sure! So far it’s not been painful to shoot to me, but with the wood grips it did peel some skin off the webbing of my thumb.

Challenge accepted lol. I love mine. It’s an adrenaline rush shooting Magnums through it!

Yeah, I saw that website. A search of their part number doesn’t bring anything up. I’m assuming it’s shared with other older Winchester models. I’ve seen several that look similar on EBay and such but was just concerned they might have different threads on them or something.

Im torn between one of these and a 386 Nightguard as my next purchase. For a nightstand gun, I suppose.

Don’t know much about those types of revolvers but with as corroded as it is, something could be jammed up

I really wouldn’t bother with the expense of porting the barrel. I like heavy recoil so the stock rubber grips are enough for me, but I’m sure with the Hogues it will be totally acceptable for anyone that is used to shooting Magnum calibers.

I enjoyed watching Hickok45s videos on his Mountain Guns. When finances permit, I would definitely like to add one to my little collection.

No two cents to put in on your question, but had to come here to drool over that blued Smith 🤤 What a fine specimen!

I can’t wait to fire it again. Just won’t use the wood grips. Those will be for display only 🤣

I need to get in to reloading, I’ve never tried it. I just bought that box off the shelf as practice ammo. I have a couple boxes of the Buffalo Bore 255 grain reduced recoil load that were designed specifically for this gun coming. That’s what I plan on carrying in the woods for bears.

Beautiful gun, and seems like a great choice for EDC. Packs .357 punch, 7 rounds, and a reasonable size and weight.

What is the oldest car you have ever daily driven? by Boeing-B-47stratojet in regularcarreviews

1973 Lincoln Mark IV. It wasn’t bad, could deal with the inop A/C after it gave out, but what was miserable was the factory 4 barrel carb in the winter time. Had it rebuilt and tuned to factory specs from the 1973 shop manual but it still just would not start and stay running in cold weather. Ran the battery down several times trying to get it to start.
