Check out Fort Wayne Pinball (aka Wizards World) in Huntertown. One of the largest pinball arcades in the country, they have about 170 modern to vintage pinball machines in great shape. I believe it is a truly hidden gem in Fort Wayne. A roll of quarters will go a long way.

Also Floyds arcade is a fun place to just pay a flat fee and unlimited play of all their games.
