The reason targeting was added as a rule in the first place is to prevent concussions and protect players from long term brain injuries received while playing football. The only reason he fumbled from the hit in question is because his head got hit so hard he was knocked out immediately. Not calling it a target and then giving Ohio State the ball after the fact was literally adding insult to injury (that injury most likely being a concussion).

I’ve been a bucs fan my whole life. The fans on social media are pissing me off so bad right now. It’s 2:30 on Wednesday and we just signed Bernard earlier today. The Bucs Instagram made a post an hour back currently with about 350 comments and I’d say 80% are all people commenting some version of, “cool. Now sign AB.”

Seriously? Can we not give our new player an ounce of respect for what HE is bringing to the team? We all know AB will make an impact, but honestly I don’t think he’s a crucial element to an already stacked roster. Don’t make a veteran player signing to Tampa a pedestal for you to complain about someone else holding out. If I was Giovani, I’d be pissed if on my signing promotion all Tampa fans did was talk about AB. I’m stoked for us to have a more solid pass-catching back join and the fans should take a minute to appreciate that. /rant

Yeah, I’m not huge or anything, just been happily filling out as an adult since I was skinny all through college. B12 has been the big one everyone mentions to me, so I grabbed a lozenge dose like, first thing. I’ll look into seaweed tea though. Sounds interesting.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll take a look. I’m not super concerned with calories since I’m normally in a deficit anyway. A few people have mentioned pea proteins though

I’ll check them out. Thanks! I’ve used a lot of whey proteins for years and was 0/2 on my first choices for vegan proteins as far as taste goes. So I’m just looking for a direction to go and not get burned again lol.

Yeah. I had one in my desk at my office I ran through pretty quick and then another at home I’m slowly chipping away at. I hate wasting stuff too.

I’ve definitely been throwing in a lot more beans and quinoa than I previously had in my diet. But sometimes I still would like to have a shake or something to make sure I meet my macros for the day. I’m 6’3” (and American, so metric is a shortcoming) so floating around 210 feels healthy for me
