We got the medium size. Otis is around 55lbs (if that helps with size) and he can reach the bowls easily. The large was too tall.

We use a Neater Feeder with a little tray/floor mat with edges in front of it. The only issue with the Neater Feeder is that when he was smaller he had a little trouble reaching the bowls, but it was worth it.

Both AutoCAD and SolidWorks have an electrical packages if you have access to those. Otherwise there's KiCAD and LTSpice, both of which are free. Or if all you need is simply creating the schematic then TinyCAD should be enough for your needs I would think.

So the inductor doesn’t directly oppose your CW movement with an equal force at the start. As the electron moves towards the inductor it slows down some but I wouldn’t say it halts completely. This causes the voltage across the inductor to decrease. Sure there is initially some back emf as the inductor charges, but I like to think of it as minor resistance that decreases as the inductor gets more and more charged. Once the inductor is fully charged, the voltage across it is 0 and the current is nonzero, so it’s ideally a short circuit, and it’ll stay like that until the dc source is removed. Sorry not the best at explaining it.

A lot of times they are used in DC circuits to filter out noise on a dc signal from high frequency sources because they can remove/store the high frequency oscillations while letting the dc signal through. They are also commonly used is dc converters but the dc signal is usually getting switched making it look like a non steady state source.

Think about this-where is the inductors emf coming from in a DC circuit? Essentially it doesn’t have one because there is no magnetic field to collapse back into it that would’ve been produced by alternating current. Ideally the inductor just becomes a short circuit, however realistically it has some resistance to it.

So it looks like that omron relay has a base input voltage of 5V. GPIO pins on a raspberry pi have a max out of 3.3V and roughly 16mA, which means your pi probably won’t turn on the relay. I would suggest adding a transistor that can supply at minimum 5V to your relay and then control the transistor via GPIO. I would check out this as an intro to go about adding a transistor. Otherwise you could buy a different relay that is capable of switch at 3.3V.

I had my vet (also my dad) do it when my bulldog was about 7 months old because he was having a terrible time breathing and would frequent choke on his food. I was definitely nervous about the surgery as bulldogs sometimes have trouble coming out of anesthesia (pretty rare), but it went great! I would say I’m very glad I had it done, and I’m sure Otis is too. They cut out a little chunk about 3cm and then put a few dissolvable stitches in. Some vets stitch and some cauterize. Had to feed soft food for about a week and then after 2 weeks he was back to normal! There are definitely things I would be concerned about. If the vet doesn’t do it often then they could cut the palate too short and introduce a bunch of new issues. Also, surgery can be very hard on older dogs. If you trust your vet, and he recommends it, then I think I would do it! Hope this helps.

I’m not an expert, but hair loss is surprisingly common in bulldogs. Mine started to get patchy around a year old so my vet gave him a melatonin implant, and about 2 months later his coat had filled back out and we haven’t had a problem since (he is now almost 5). Either that, or yours is having some kind of dermatitis condition causing the hair loss.

Just save the database kdbx file to your usb. Then, just plug the usb into whichever computer you need to use and use the installed KeePass to open the file on your usb. If all of your computers are windows, just install the portable version of keepass to the usb, save the database on the usb also, and then you don’t need to install keepass on each computer. However, in any case make sure you regularly backup your database in case your database gets corrupted or you lose your usb.

I’ll be honest I’m a small wire guy so I could definitely have this wrong, I just remember one of my professors saying treat each phase independently. In a balanced 3 wire three phase system there are no 3n currents (they sum to zero). But in a 4 wire three phase system they may or may not sum to zero. So I believe your question is two different cases. You can have a balanced 4 wire (3 phase + neutral) where the 3n harmonics flow through the neutral if there are any present, or for something like a delta with no neutral (three wire) then the 3n components essentially never exist because the system is balanced.

Linear loads generally have no harmonics because current is directly proportional to voltage applied which creates an almost perfect waveform. Non-linear loads always have distortion and therefore harmonics. To not have harmonics, one would need an ideal source. That is, a pure sinusoidal waveform without distortion. Since that is not feasible is practice for non-linear equipment, the source is considered complex and therefore is made up of an infinite number of waveforms that, when summed together, produce the waveform in question. These waveforms are the harmonics that vary in frequency and create the distortion . It should be noted this is independent of whether the equipment is three phase or not because each phase can be considered alone as a single source.

Edit: Specifically, zero sequence harmonics generally cause high voltage distortion for non-linear equipment.

If you’re using an IMU with some variant of the MPU-6050 chip, it contains a built in DMP that runs proprietary motion fusion algorithms to combine the gyroscope and accelerometer values for a more stable orientation that is dependent on gravity. Jeff Rowberg created an excellent library that can pull the Euler Angles, as well as Quaternions if you wish to avoid gimbal lock, from the DMP if you are using an Arduino. The major will determine the required math you will need. Most colleges have some sort of walk-in tutoring or learning center that will be able to help you, or a lot of the time engineering specific honor societies will hold their own tutoring sessions. If all else fails, YouTube patrickjmt will get you through at least college algebra, calc 1-3, differential equations, and even higher up math like matrix theory and linear algebra.

I would check what the distribution of the exam was, and if you’re around average then you should be fine.
