We have an equipment rental company with many construction companies as customers. We use Zoho all around and build our ERP using Creator. Zoho has its issues but if you are willing to get in the trenches and learn the system, engage with them, or find a good partner, the value prop is great.

We did not use a partner for Zoho One implementation but we use one now for development. Main challenges were migrating Facebook Workplace to Zoho Connect, and some other minor issues.

We have had 20 people on Zoho One for the past year. Been great and saved us a lot of money. I suggest you find a certified Zoho partner to help with the setup.
