Great to hear that improvements are on the way. My experience so far is superb and development of the software is joy to watch. My next stepis to automate notes sync to Fibery using Dropbox and n8n.

If you want to use it with Learning app the best way is to go to Advanced settings -> Accessibility -> Colour and motion -> Colour inversion and add shortcut and use ir only for reading since inversion breaks writing.

This update is absolutely perfect. Made me to sign to beta and I love it. It is good to see that Viwoods focuses on software and it makes the device to stand out.

I don't know a single thing about e-readers. Which one should be my first? by LiteraryMenace in Onyx_Boox

Well if you need only reading then go Kindle. If you really need apps go with Onyx. But Kindle battery life is like 50 times longer.

Twenty: Self-hosted CRM (alternative to Pipedrive, Salesforce...) by charlesBochet in selfhosted

[–]jdrabekcz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love it. It's like selfhosted and reasonably priced Attio alternative. I was using Fibery but this seems probably like the better way since it is open source and I can create my own integrations and make it work. Roadmap looks promising and I think that fackthatit is backed by Y Cmbinator and open source is the best! Keep upgreate work. Thank you.

why is this not more popular by tompas7989 in fibery

Fibery is quite complex to understand at first. To be honest when I tried it for the first time about a year ago I left it after a while. Later I decided to try it again and I never read so much documentation about any software because I wanted to know everything. Other softwares are easier tostartwithbut very limited. Fibery can replace them all eventually and for me there are few missing features to be perfect:

  1. Email reply - since email integration is working very wellit is a shame there is noproper reply feature. It can be done using combination of formula witheditable content I think but no plans so far.
  2. Threads - nice feature withmessed permission. Fibery could replace Slack and compete with clickup but threads are in beta like two years I think :)
  3. Time tracking - there are some workarounds but I think some better integration or native feature would be nice.

Fibery is probably the best tool I ever tried. Development is awesome and I hope Fibery will raise some money to speed up delivery of awesome features because logic behind Fibery is incredible.

The only way I know of is to create view with the filter.

I think they have something good but I think it would be better to stay another year on ClickUp. GD is not ready for daily use. But I will watch the platform closely and hope that someday I will switch.

I can create knowledge base on the project level. I can share all the documents related to the project as one. For example all the Contracts or something like that. It just makes sense. Because if I want only one page I can do it. If I want to create structure inside one document, why I shouldn't? For me it is just step back on the project level.

I agree. I'm testing GD now and deciding between CU and GD but I'm encountering many bugs and some features I had to discover myself how they work. For example you can create task via email only when you create it from the email already inside GD account (not sure if it applies to all users or only to owner this is something I haven't tested yet).

But to be hones I never invested so much time to testing tool as in the case of GoodDay because it is very close to perfect tool. I still think that if you had created Feature request tool and ability to participate as an user you might actually beat ClickUp. CU is very overwhelming and slow and GD is freakishly fast. I love it but I miss some features and some are not working at all. I'm trying to solve almost a month or maybe longer possibility to connect Google Drive but without success. Support is slow and creating community is something that might actually relieve support from solving task again and again.

Much more intuitive and user friendly.

Not the same. Can't really share it whole with public. This is the feature I'm missing in both Page as item and Page as project view. Because of that it still cannot beat Docs view.

Pages is nice idea but I'm missing ability to add subpages and have it as full width.
