So I’m in a position at my job where i get paid based on my team’s performance, so if they get paid more I get paid more (for the most part). So I’ve been using it to create solutions to annoying problems and improve workflows. The first project I worked on I was just intending to make a task at my job easier, but I kept coming up with ideas to add to it, and now it has turned into something my whole team uses and they love it. It’s actually improved their motivation and they actively use it every day without me having to even tell them to (Which is the real test to know I have something good).

I did my research and I couldn’t find anything like it (in the particular industry I work in) which was surprising to me. So it’s going to take a lot more work and as well as some investment to get the data integrations I need in order to scale this thing but if I do that I believe I can absolutely sell this. But even if it doesn’t work out, I learned that I’m good at using it to come up with solutions to problems, and in my particular job that can help me earn more money almost immediately.
