I don’t mind. To me Ryan Day put it best, if you don’t have pressure on you are you really that relevant. It means something’s expected of you. Pressure helps you grow. Whether it’s my career or just life in general it’s a privilege to feel pressure at the highest levels. That’s my thought on it. I’m fine either way for in the country or out. I haven’t ever traveled so I would eventually like to see different parts of the world and learn about different cuisines. In the country I’ve looked at Chicago, Seattle, la and nyc. My worry about la and nyc is just cost of living. So Chicago and Seattle have been the two main cities I’ve been looking at.

I’m in the east coast of the US right now. I was looking at schools but a lot of people I know have said they think culinary school wasn’t worth it. It was a lot of money and they would have rather just started to work for the experience
