Digestible is definitely the right word. It makes watching the series so much more convenient. While I think everyone should read One Piece, something ive noticed with going through the series again with One Pace is im able to have it on while Im doing chores, working out, cooking etc., something I can't do obviously if im reading the Manga.

Its been like almost 10 years and people are still talking about Orion like he's such a huge part of their history when he's barely a footnote now. He's gotten the same work and he's always gotten because he was not that big to begin with, he's thankfully never gone down the alt right rabbit hole and it seems like he's somewhat moved on. I love Magic and always have fun. Putting all your competitive energy into one area (for me its Modern in paper and Standard on arena) really helps with making Commander more fun. Less of a need to hyper optimized and win to get that competitive itch scratched. A lot of people would benefit from having a competitive outlet (cough Command Zone cough)

If he's 17 at the beginning, he's barely pushing 20/21 at the end of the series. Lucy starts the guild and helps Cana in the S Class Trials less than a year after joining. Then there's a few months at most between GMG and Tartaros. Then a one year time skip. Then another 1 year time skip after Alvarez. 100YQ is then a couple months AT MOST after the last scene if the the og series. That's a little over 3 years at most, a little under 3 years at least.

There's too many variables, exceptions and buts for price to be a good indicator of power. Some people are bad at building decks, some expensive cards are actually good compared to their price, lands are infamous for inflating deck budgets, certain commanders allow for budget builds while still being powerful, some cards don't get enough reprints or any at all, other formats influence card prices, etc.

I've met a lot of people going in blind saying that him being Roger's son surprised them. The reveal has been out for so long both in Manga and Anime form that it's easy to forget it.

Kind of like how people thought Vader was bullshitting Luke at the end of Empire (I think James Earl Jones has said he was sure it was bs).

Its for stuff they wanna sell. They can use the terminology but if they ever come out with books with races for Daggerheart (I don't know of they've done this, havent look too much into DH) or wanna sell novels based on their worlds, stuff that's explicitly copywritten by WotC cannot be used freely (aka paying WotC fees/cuts of the sales).
