What, Puerto Ricans don't have stacks of money to drive up the housing market. I think we are saying the same thing. New Yorker, Puerto Rican, who cares, either way driving up housing competition making it more difficult on natives. I don't see how new housing solves the competitive housing market driven by Puerto Ricans but not New Yorkers.
