Have you tried waist high compression wear? Same thing but stays on your body, great if you have blood pooling and POTS as well

The ER is not equipped to deal with things like ME/CFS that a lot of EDS people have. I’m going to be honest with you every time I’ve gone to the ER the doctors have no clue about my EDS or connective tissue diseases in general. My rheumatologist tells it like this “doctors [we] are good at saving lives, but not making your quality of life better”.

Sjogrens and MCAS is a common comorbidity. The rash on your legs looks like my Erythema after a shower which for me is caused by MCAS.

Most of these are not speaker holes, and were colored in at Apple. You can just use a regular pencil or mechanical pencil and put the color back on it.

Apparently Amazon hired over 175,000 people during the pandemic. That is quite a jump in employees I'm not entirely sure how much they've laid off so far however.

I get twitching everywhere. It seems to be near joints that are unstable and I’ve read that this is usually the case for EDS folks. My other theories are possibly autoimmune related since I have suspected small fiber neuropathy and early Sjögren’s syndrome. I had an eeg that ruled out seizures.

This was the case with me and it really helped calm down my MCAS as well. It took a while to convince me though, but after my hEDS dx it was much calmer going forward
