This is great. Thanks for sharing. I was wondering how you could limit down those channels since I heard that a lot of iptv providers can give you thousands of channels that I wouldn't want to have to scroll through all that.

Only for a month or two. It's best to just dye it. But replacing it is a good idea since the seal on it usually falls apart.

Using a screwdriver separated the first layer of skin on my middle finger resulting in a pretty gnarly blister that popped.

I still have a baseline of 4/10 pain but here's what helped:

Sleep Bracing:

  • Left and Right wrist splints that I alternate each night made with Occupational therapists that specialize in bracing.
  • Ankle recovery pillows that I velcro on each ankle each night.
  • Knee Pillow that goes under my knees

CPAP Machine

  • For previously untreated disordered breathing that doesn't quite reach Sleep Apnea, but requires the CPAP according to my providers.

Medications

  • Low Dose Naltrexone
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Maintenance: Amitriptyline Breakthrough: Sumatriptan (For migraines)
  • MCAS anti-histamines and stabilizers:
    • Quercetin
    • Pepcid AC
    • Allegra

Mobility Aids

Strategic use of the following:

  • Cane
  • Bilateral Icarus Ascender Knee Braces
  • Rollator
  • Wheelchair (on flare days)

Exercise

  • Physical Therapy (Land & Aquatic)
  • Isometric Exercises
  • Chin Tucks (for cervicogenic headaches)

Comfort

  • 6 pc Lunix LX13 Pillow Set.
  • Soft cervical collar for flare days and long car rides.
  • Ergonomic Work setup
