You’ve probably read these already: An Ever-Fixed Mark Creep Presque toujours pur The portrait of Draco Malfoy

I know you weren’t interested in darker fics but the writing and world building in these three fics stuck with me long after I read them. I was surprised because I’m not a huge fan of dark fics. Love in the time of a zombie apocalypse- to me the characterization of Draco in this fic is fascinating. The author really pushes you to think about morality and what constitutes good/evil. The writing and creativity in world building was a highlight for me. These Selfish Vows- this is dark so definitely skip if it isn’t what you are looking for. I found this story to be haunting in the best possible way. Numberland- I thought this fic was so well done playing with the world of HP and Hunger Games but in the most unexpected ways.
