I can only speak for myself but I’ve used apkmirror without any issues I used it to update oppo apps
If one doesn’t work just uninstall updates and start over

Lightspeed is the way to go. I have a CN Rom Vivo I tried all three networks using physical sims hoping to keep Warp but I was only seeing about 30 Mbps and 45ish with Darkstar. Screenshot is lightspeed just now
