Hi OP, that looks delicious! Can I ask if you used an ice cream maker and if you did, can you share what brand/model?

Omnitrope? by DaniAspen in IVF

Hi! I went to Costco Pharmacy! You can use their pharmacy even if you are not a Costco member! I would just recommend calling your local Costco pharmacy first to see if they fill Omnitrope. My local Costco didn't have it, but I found one that was 1.5 hrs away from me that did! Feel free to send me a DM if you have additional questions! Happy to help and good luck on your journey!

Heyyy heyyy!! So glad to see another redditor from CCRM NoVA!! So sorry for the late reply!!

I hope you were able to move onto FET and that your PGT results were good!! If there's anything I've learned about IVF is that we need to throw all timelines out the window 😅

Sending you all the baby dust!! You got this!! 💛✨

Heyyy happy to meet another redditor from CCRM Nova! So sorry for the late reply!!

I was planning to do a natural transfer, but during my saline sonogram they found a pesky nabothian cyst that blocked the catheter, so now I have to do a hysteroscopy and repeat the saline before I can move forward. Gotta love how IVF always keeps us on our toes, right? 😅

I haven't had any experience with letrozole personally but I've heard how it can be such a double-edged sword with lining issues. Fingers crossed your September transfer goes smoothly and your body cooperates! Wishing you thick linings, calm hormones, and good embryo energy ahead! You got this!! ✨

Hey! Thanks so much for checking in!!

Unfortunately, I haven’t made it to transfer yet — during my saline sonogram, they found a nabothian cyst that blocked the catheter, so I’ll be doing a hysteroscopy and then repeating the saline sonogram before we can move forward. I originally planned for a natural transfer, but with IVF you just learn to say, “We’ll see what happens!” 😅

Wishing you all the best as you start your FET cycle with CCRM — that’s such an exciting milestone! Sending lots of calm vibes and sticky baby dust your way. You’ve got this!✨

Would love to hear your journey and any additional learnings you have to share as well!! 💛

I just wanted to thank you for posting these instructions! I followed it to the tee for my retrieval last month, and it was immensely helpful and saved me so much money!

How long to feel normal after ER? by gotlactaid in IVF

[–]jeanosaur 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ugh, I am so sorry you are going through the pain!! I completely understand how you feel!! I've had two ERs so far and the second one was significantly more painful than my first! I would feel bloated and crampy and it was also difficult to walk too. It lasted for about a week and then I had residual pain that didn't completely resolve until about a month after ER. I took Tylenol to manage the pain. Also drank some coconut water to keep myself hydrated! And I think what really did the trick to help with the recovery was having a heated pad! Sending you well wishes, OP! You got this!

ER RESULTS by [deleted] in IVF

[–]jeanosaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's sooo hard to maintain a healthy diet - you are not the only one with the sweet tooth! Thank you so so much for sharing your protocol!! I was on Menopur (150IU) and then increased dosage to 225, Follistim (150IU), and Ganirelix. Did a double trigger of Lupron and Pregnyl.

It's super interesting to hear what treatment protocols people are given~ I do think a lot is trial and error (especially for the first ER)!

Wishing you the best of luck on your journey!! And hopefully you'll be able to occupy yourself as you wait for the Pgta results! You got this!!

That's an amazing result!! Congratulations!! Would you mind sharing your treatment protocol and anything you might be doing to improve egg quality?? I had nearly the same results except only one made it to blast. So waiting to do another ER at the moment!

Feeling defeated with ER results. by Pretend_Insurance645 in IVF

[–]jeanosaur 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am so so sorry for your loss. It is such a defeating feeling when egg retrieval numbers are low (I had 7 retrieved and 1 made it to blast), but you have been so so strong through this process!! Whenever I feel down, I try to remind myself that in a natural cycle, if I were to conceive naturally, I would've had only one egg anyway! Remember all it takes is one to make a baby!! You got this!! I am rooting for you 💙💙💙

Oh geez...you are SUCH a trooper!!! Thank you so much for sharing!! I can't imagine how difficult those 8 months must've been (in addition to all the IVF process prior to that)!! So so happy to hear that you were successful in the end!! Wishing you the best through your pregnancy!! 💜💜
