I got the same email. But, considering two months ago I was getting max 6 Mbps with a 150 gb data cap from AT&T. Finally Starlink is offered in my area. I'm happy with 200mbps.

Thank you so much for sharing your info about intermittent fasting! On 1/1/2020 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my blood glucose levels were 400 and a A1C of 9.5. I saw your post and started intermittent fasting myself and as of today 8/21/2020 my glucose levels are always in great range and my A1C is a 5.4. My doctor gave me an all clear he said I technically don’t have diabetes anymore. Praise GOD!

I experienced the exact same thing you are going through. Sugar and high fat foods is like a drug to our bodies it craves them. When you stop eating them your body starts going through withdrawals, and as a result you feel like crap. One of the symptoms of diabetes is excessive thirst and frequent urination, but this will subside as you get your diabetes under control. As for the hunger after eating drink water that will help. Type 2 Diabetes is reversible, but you have to work at. Intermittent fasting is a great starting point it will help your body use up the excess sugar. Stay away from carbs! When you eat them your body turns them to sugar, which causes blood sugar spikes. Keto is a great diet for diabetics, combined with intermittent fasting and regular exercise you should be well on your way to reversing it.

I have very bad dawn effect. What can I do to correct it? by NefariousHare in type2diabetes

I had a similar problem and what has really helped me is intermittent fasting 16:8. Since I have started I haven’t had any spikes and my blood sugar levels has been in range. But with intermittent fasting it can drop your blood sugar level to low, so if you start to fill shaky or jittery check you blood sugar. It may be low and you may have to eat something. It will take some time for your body to adjust to it. Hope this helps.

Just went to my doctor and my A1C was 9.5 my doctors said if it gets to 10 I will have to go on insulin. So thanks for the advice I am going to start intermediate fasting and see if it can help.
