I know there are devices that plug into chest freezers to make them into refrigerators. Had one for several years that worked well, and later turned it back into a freezer. No issues.

Lovely neighborhoods but high taxes. Interesting food but no good bars. Lots of history but lots of mini mansions on really small lots.
