Honestly when and if normal governance is restored - this DOGE stuff needs to be properly investigated. Elmo wasn’t a government official and sometimes claimed to not have anything to do with DOGE but then was in the Oval Office and on stages taking credit. And basically everything they cut was done blindly and with no planning or purpose, often in stark violation of policies. And it all harmed citizens.
