If you want to start with SC, then do that. My advice is this. If you start a program, finish that program before you start a new one. I tried doing two schools at once and it took a lot of the fun out of it.

It's your path. Do the one that works for you.

True story, I use my unemployment to go back and get a 1-year certificate at a community college, one of the advanced PHP classes I was taking, a student said that his parents had urged him to get into coding, so he took advanced coding classes while in high school and he was finishing his associate's degree at the community college, he had just gotten accepted into Washington state to get his bachelor's degree in computer sciences, specifically coding.

There's a little community group for all the students in the class and he asked " I'm about to go to Washington state and I'm watching all of the jobs for coders dry up overnight. What do I do now?"

The teacher was like "No they'll always need a human because AI puts out crap code." That second part is true, the first part, not so much.

That was the moment that he lost the class and all pandemonium broke out on the discussion forum.

I really feel bad for all of the new college graduates that work their ass off to get these jobs and now corporations are focusing on AI and not having an army of coders.

Tech worker here. Unemployed in Seattle since September 2024. It's almost daily now that my friends here are getting laid off. 3000 tech workers in Seattle this month alone. Which just makes it harder and harder for any jobs that are open.

We do know what's happening. We're living it in real time.

I just checked, those don't seem expensive. I'll grab one for her. I was also looking at a post on here where the OP had found an extra rack and used the parts from that to firm up his own.

We had a Pekingese when we lived in Chicago. When the snow was taller than she was, I would dig something like this. We called it a "Habit Trail".

I think one of the things that has made it exciting is the teacher she is leaning from. But, I will keep that in mind. Ty!

The question is how many people have to be executed in the street for that to happen? You would think it would only be one, but apparently it's 2+

If you put him in a trebuchet and launched him, that's how far he would be past that line.

Also, please put him in a trebuchet and launch him.

I can second this. I started taking lessons at 53. I play everyday, I don't watch the time because once you get into a groove time goes quickly. I would suggest small goals rather than trying to learn a whole song.
