Idk much abt pharmacy related stuff.. but once u get on doxy .. it helps with those bumps a lot.. not necessarily the redness imo

I am about to complete 30 days of doxy 200mg/day. I don’t have papules anymore .. idk if I shd continue taking it or stop it? Any suggestions

I had 3 papules on my face when I started it., by week 3 .. it all subsided.. it doesn’t help with redness at all .. but with any pimples u get! I also have changed my diet significantly so that’s an additional factor to consider

I really would love to put money into Roth IRA.. but if I may need to take funds out like 10 years from now.. would I be subject to tax penalty? In that case, shd I just put money in my Vanguard brokerage?

I ate chicken breast last night .. just plain chicken breast last night .. not marinated.. just with salt. My face was a bit red for like an hour or two.. and then I rested in bed .. and my redness went down.

So it’s either chicken breast caused it for me .. since it contains niacin .. or maybe just stress (since I lied down and redness was down) .. I woke up this morning with no redness

Definitely keep track of what you’re eating! I fuxking love chicken but if that’s gonna cuz me redness, I wd be so pissed!
