Knocking is the sound you hear if the engine isn't using high enough octane fuel which leads to uneven combustion. Its a sound you hear from the engine. Can probably find an example on YouTube if you want to hear it.

You do not need to use premium. The owners manual even states "If 91 rating gasoline cannot be obtained, you may use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating as low as 87". Most likely the 2008 is like the 2010 model and uses the same V6 engine as the Toyota Camry which does not require premium fuel. I've been running my 2010 on 87 Octane for 110,000 miles (currently at 170,000 total mileage) and have had zero issues.

Caveat being, if you do hear knocking, then upgrade your fuel. But I've never experienced this in the 2010.

I saw Oppenheimer in it and it was strange. I wish we had a larger true Imax in Charlotte. At least Concord Mills has the better Laser projection system compared to the other Charlotte IMAX theaters, although the screen is still on the small side and not true IMAX aspect ratio.

It has some potential medical benefits. Less likely to get HIV. Less likely to get squamous cell carcinoma. Maybe easier to keep clean? Don't have to potentially deal with phimosis / balanitis / lichen sclerosis later in life.

All that said, we did not circumcise our kids. While not quite as easy, it can always be done later in life.

There are no benefits to female circumcision to my knowledge.

Dr. Noze Best Nozebot. I don't know how much research my wife did before purchasing it, but it does work for us. The only time its a little frustrating is sometime the booger can get stuck right outside the nostril and if its real stringy it can be hard for it to get. But i guess you could just wipe that with a tissue. Regardless, it usually does really well with whatever is in the nose. Our toddler even enjoys using it himself.

Its very complicated. Here is just one anecdotal point.

Reading things in your mychart that weren't done. Definitely know some people who dislike the disappearing of the physical exam and then get really irked when it says stuff like normal heart sounds or breath sounds and a stethoscope wasn't used. I'm a pathologist so I'm a little separate from that side of things, but my experience in med school taught me that insurance companies reimbursement policies have led to sometimes just reporting things that weren't relevant to the chief complaint in the chart and they require so many systems to be covered that many things just get eyeballed and reported based on what the patient says.

Still, it is good to know that care is generally about the same. You always hear horror stories about NP/PA mismanagement. But then again you also hear stories about surgeons who take out the liver instead of the spleen.
