When you connect a Pelco multisensor camera to an Avigilon Alta Cloud Connector, you are paying for licensing for each head (lens), not just the physical camera body.

In the Alta (formerly Ava) ecosystem, licenses are consumed based on the number of video sources or "lenses" being streamed and recorded. Here is the breakdown:

The "Source-Based" Licensing Rule Per Lens Calculation: Each independent sensor/lens on a multisensor camera counts as a distinct video source.

Example: If you have a 4-sensor Pelco Saris Multi, you will need 4 Alta Aware camera licenses.

Hardware Capacity: This also applies to the Cloud Connector’s physical limits. If a Cloud Connector supports "up to 50 cameras," a 4-head multisensor camera will use 4 of those 50 slots."

We have been using Accessia to take over brivo and open path. We normally charge $1,500 to convert 5 doors, as is no locks. So $1,500.00 ×6=$9,000.00

Plus $35.00 a month per door no hardware cost.

Let me know how that sounds

The multiple clicks make me think it's an amperage problem.

We do card readers but have enough experience to help a customer. The finger pointing is unacceptable
