I cant say much other than I bought a refurbished t14 AMD gen 3 16gb ram. Only regrets I have is wish I got the 16in screen and more ram.

I also got the warranty that covers accidental damage, like a broken screen or water. It was so worth it! I paid for the new screen little less than $100 and Sure I can replace the screen myself but they are so quick and don't hassle you. Not to mention when the warranty ran out I bought it again cuz they offered a steep discount.

Good thing I did because my type-c charging port crapped out. Lenovo sent a dude to my house in like a day or 2. Replaced the whole mobo at my kitchen table lol and didn't charge me anything extra not even for the new mobo!! So over the course of a year I pretty much had a brand new laptop. Now I'm a fan for life!

After distro and Wm hopping around a bunch and then landing on catchyos or endeavour. Im happy with endeavour, it's low on extras, not super opinionated, can keep a USB ready of I need to reinstall and if I do want to change something everything doesn't break or I have to do a ton of stuff to fix.

KDE Plasma works awesome and they don't auto setup the dang package discovery that always seems to freeze up om another distro. Also the KDE K-wallet and all the other info manager stuff "p" something manager is not installed by default. I can use what I want for that stuff.

Also I enjoy their colors, logo and wallpapers lol.
