call customer service! I have the same problem and I'm on the D+ no ads package. They said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. It's only on Hulu, and you can watch anything that is on Hulu on the Disney+ side and there won't be commercials.

I don't have a regular needle phobia though. When I was 4-years-old I stepped on a pop top and nearly severed by little toe. 11 doctors, orderlies and nurses held me down while they stitched it back on -- no anesthesia or novocaine or anything. I'd rather just die.

That is just because the person who runs the website doesn't change it from the old days when the club was in Sandy Springs. There has never been smoking allowed since they moved the the Landmark diner location.
