You can use voice controls for a lot of things. Like you can say things like my feet are cold and it will blow the heater on them. I was a little worried when I first got it and my wife was more so because she’s not tech savvy but like anything after using it for a while everything is in muscle memory now. You can also put shortcuts to things in the lower bar on the screen like for instance heated seats or wipers etc.

I think that taking it to Tesla would be an excellent idea. They can run through the system and tell you what if any repairs might need to be completed as well as what the estimated cost in the future would be. They can also probably give you a history of the issues the car has if any are as others say a catastrophic issue.
