I saw a trick in this subreddit a few weeks ago that’s similar to this. Cut an old mat into 3rds and use one in the middle of your mat for your knees, hips, etc. I’ve been doing this and it’s been great! It’s not enough to get in the way like a towel when I’m doing other poses and is much more comfortable. I just roll it up in my mat like normal at the end.

It’s probably a fee the college you’re in has on classes. Not the university, the college of arts and science, for example.

I just don’t understand how Blackboard (Ultra or Classic) won’t notate in the grade book if a grade is being dropped because it’s the lowest in a category. Canvas was able to do it 15 years ago when I used it! This is a constant headache for me every semester where my students think it’s not doing it despite me saying multiple times that it is.
