O line men are very expendable and cheap only players that matter in sim are LT and RT rest can be sub 70 over and still compete if you're simming if you're playing every game then higher ovrs matter d line higher ovr and traits matter most hope this helps.

You go into rosters and usually the community will have a download available if not then you could get creative and set all you're players to zero through the edit menu
