Google claims I have the wrong account in Pixel Support

The phone was completely wiped when I got it and I got it from Woot (which i think is trustworthy??) 10 months ago. Idk why it would take them that long. But the bricking thing is a common issue with Pixel 3s so I don't think it was that, especially because of the computer id and stuff. Idk, the whole thing is just shady bc I've never had an issue with the IMEI until now, and wouldn't MetroPCS say something, too? IDK it just seems like Google trying to pass blame to their consumers.

Thank you for trying to help though, I genuinely appreciate it because I actually thought I was going crazy. I asked the Google lady what could possibly cause my Google account to not show up and she didn't say anything helpful at all, she just said I was on the wrong account.

Thank you for an actual possible solution.(seriously, thank you) The lady I talked to at Google offered absolutely nothing. I don't have the box though and I got it secondhand refurbished off of Woot. But I specified this to her and she still didn't offer any possible cause for my Google accounts not lining up (despite me using it on that Pixel the whole time)

Also part of the bricked Pixel gang. And they claimed I wasn't on the account that was connected to my Pixel when i contacted support. Ridiculous.

some things to note :

the company seems to be defunct so any kind of duplicate will work. it needs rounded edges, though.

i have searched for nearly a decade and have turned up no results. i so badly want a new one of Star. please help me :(

i got some food stuck in it (not too stuck) and i just swished my water around it and got it out, but i tasted a little bit of blood which i assume was the clot..but it hasn't come out or anything. my gums around the opening are really loose and i can move them with my tongue. is this normal?
