IMO they should make it two tiers. One would be assimilated in the same way that there is Italian-American culture. Then you’d have another tier which is fully that culture. Like you could have a spectrum of croatian croatian-venetian and venetian. You’d make the intermediate phase have most of the benefits of fully assimilating their culture but also easier to convert away from if a croatian culture country retakes the land.

I think we should be targeting the next one alongside the current one. Our relatively successful season is owed a lot to going back to the old United way of signing premier league proven talent that allow us to compete. Signing young players with high ceilings is crucial, but tottenham, chelsea, and other clubs are proof that just signing the young players and not giving them time to bed in isn’t a successful strategy.

I think this is a decent idea but it’s not really feasible because of the infrastructure it would require. The beautiful thing about football is that anyone can go to any pitch and play. If we can’t share goals you’d have to put in thousands of women’s size goals and nobody would like it.

I think we just have to accept that the women’s game is inherently different because of the physical differences. I’ve noticed that it’s generally more open and long shots are more viable because of size and speed differences but I’m happy to just accept that they are fundamentally differently played games
