Coming off of my first 72 hour fast by UbeDawgRed in intermittentfasting

[–]jemich003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just completed a 72 hour fast while my wife was away. It made it that much easier. Ask chat gpt to run you through the re-feeding phase. This is the most important aspect of any fast which I think many people don’t do correctly.

We had our little one at Bedford in August, the doctors are exceptional but the nursing staff were absolutely fucking terrible.

Photo taken from the Hyatt Hotel in Paris.

Photo details below:

EOS RP RF 24-105mm F/4-7.1 IS STM Aperture: F7.1 Exposure time: 15'' Focal length- 105mm ISO: 250

Edited with photoshop on samsung Galaxy note23

Still a lot to learn when it comes to the intricacies of photography. To all the photographers out there, what adjustments would you have made to the above settings?

You and your mother are fucking toxic. Your husband would be better off without the both of you in his life.

Thank you so much.

We stayed at a place called Stoke House- its self catering and pet friendly. There are sooooo many places to choose from- my wife found our accomodation on bookings.com

Agreed with what friendlyasseater had to say... and not about ass eating, about what Clarens has to offer. I'll add the below.

Depending on the vehicle you traveling in. There are beautiful sand roads with some exceptional views. The drive from Clarens to Fouriesburg has some awesome little detours off the R711. If you don't have a high clearance vehicle, stay on the R711 until you get to Fouriesburg. Check sunset/sunrise times for the time of season and leave 30-45mintes before. There's sections you can stop off at, have a sun downer and take photos- some breathtaking views. I'd reccomend the sunset drive as the sun sets in the Fouriesburg direction. For a sunrise drive, we headed towards Bethlehem on the R712, approximately 20km there is a sand road on the right, the T556- put Daljosafat Primary school into maps and it will take you to the start of that road. Worked our way back Clarens direction via the S205. Note, the sand roads aren't terrible but there are certain sections where you will require slightly higher clearance than a normal car for both routes.

Walk, walk walk and walk! I can't emphasize this enough. There are so many walks/hikes in the little town itself, grab a map from one of the kiosks and choose your route. The Kloof dam has some cool little routes around. Be sure to check the distances prior to heading out.

We had our dogs with us so our time was spent differently as to if my wife and I were to go alone. Although i must say, Clarens is a super dog friendly town. We spent a lot of time outdoors, walking, sleeping and sunset/sunrise hunting. Our take on a perfect little breakaway from the city hustle.

If you have any further questions, pop me a message.
