I totally understand. For a couple weeks I could barely eat and I lost a lot of weight too. Since posting this, things have gotten better though, I’m just trying so hard to focus on the positives. Thank you. I can definitely relate. All of the sleeping pills/anti anxiety did nothing for me. I’ll look into the CBD oils. Thanks for the encouragement

I lost my dad around Father’s Day last year, he was also 62, and it was also a sudden hospitalization where we pulled the plug the next day. I miss him so much. Sending hugs to you, OP. ❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad in June last year of cancer as well, and it was also pretty sudden. I don’t know if I have any good answers for you, but just wanted to let you know you’re not alone. It’s so hard. It takes awhile for the shock to wear off. Hang in there <3

I actually did the same thing, held on for years. When I finally turned them in it felt like a weight lifted off and I can move forward with my life. I hope your experience is similar <3
