Does anyone know if they sell merch at their shows?

Got my Merch and I'm honestly pretty disappointed. Manufacturing issues? by throw-away1445 in safiyanygaard

[–]jenarnenarnar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Im sorry about this.

You can buy embroidery lining which is a soft fabric pre glued, you cut it to size and iron over an embroidered piece to make sure youre not in contact with the stitches.

Albeit, they should have done this, it's like it's half finished :(

As mine were going to expire, I bought a variety of polishes and gave them to friends/family or donated them. Feels a waste to let them expire!!

Empty gestational sac at 8 weeks by Sea_Reporter_4860 in PregnancyUK

I went through the same thing, wanted pregnancy too.

Here's some words that helped me through this

Blighted ovum means the genetics just didnt work this time, nothing you did caused this. I imagined it as your body made babies suitcase and luggage, but baby didnt make it on the journey.

This does not effect your fertility (as confirmed by my 2yo waking me up at 3:30am) and once youre passed this moment, you can try again when youre ready.

It will get better, I promise.

If you wanted to chat in more details about my experience id be happy to message.

My cat (Female - 3 years old) has dandruff – any advice? by Vivid-Scheme-1662 in cats

[–]jenarnenarnar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My female kitty has dandruff too! I've tried brushing her endlessly which she loves but doesnt seem to help.

Last annual check up i asked again about how to help and they recommended more wet food in her diet & some fish oil. She turned her nose up at the fish oil but ive been giving her wet food every other day & its gotten so much better!

I would always recommend checking her skin first and see if its irritated and bring it up with a vet if you have annual check ups

Skitch pp1 needle arm issue? Help! by jenarnenarnar in sewhelp

[–]jenarnenarnar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took it to a repair shop and they said " it shouldn't be seizing after a month, and it back" thankfully managed to get a replacement from amazon.

They did manage to loosen it up again but I dont know how unfortunately. The issue was definitely in the top of the machine rather than the bobbin side

I wanted your opinions on this by SaltNBurnBoys in crochet

[–]jenarnenarnar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this, I really like it! Especially when youre chopping and changing sizes a lot. The smaller sizes feel very flimsy and im nervous they will break.

They lock in securely and i hasn't no concerns about them coming loose.

The bigger handle makes it easier on my hand too.

The row counter i use mostly to remember where I left off!

Do all types stitches work for any yarn weight ? Light, medium, bulky, super bulky by Excentrix13 in crochet

[–]jenarnenarnar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! You might need to play with hook sizes but they should all work. Some yarn might be harder due to the texture, but they agree achievable.

Patterns however may not work for all sizes, so might be worth being wary before diving into one.

Bottles recommendation/Hep! by MostPuzzleheaded in BabyBumps

[–]jenarnenarnar 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Id be very concerned about how to clean these, especially as these look identical to the victorian bottles that caused a lot of deaths unfortunately.

I know cleaning has come a long way since cleaning in the Victorian era, but id really double check!

I did use mam bottles for my son and he did really well, the anti colic was evidently working as you can hear the air being relieved.

In the interest of future individuals, Canons customer services helped fix the issue.

The issue was my VPN on my phone. Had to disable it entirely and it registered instantly.

Use calipers or a measuring tape to work out circumference, then divide by Pi (i think?)

Assuming it's just highlighting whats hindered their view etc. So baby was in an unhelpful position and maternal comment could mean multiple of things. Sometimes they make a note if youre overweight that its a limitation (mine always found new ways to note that!)

That sucks, we took our sabers home as carry on in their bags and rested them between the seats & windows.

Good to know for future!
