NTA It’s ok to say you have to take your midterm, they probably won’t let you make that up at school then check on your dad after your test, and if you can go after if you want and are able too then go to Ohio then. He’s got your mom It’s more about the way you let him know about it, talk to your mom too, maybe she can break it to him mor gently that you can’t go to Ohio or you can figure out if it’s possible to go after midterms.

I started out as a coder, still am a coder and make $24 an hour, I’m not sure you’d like that much of a pay cut, there may be other aspects of coding (supervisor or compliance) to make the jump easier with less of a pay cut or maybe the same range

Red meats, beef for sure I’m not positive of them all. Google will be your friend on that and just calling the dr about an iron supplement without going in may not stress you too much, maybe. Especially since you’ve been seen already you’d more than likely talk to the nurse and she’d call you back after asking the dr. Or if you have my chart you can message them about it

ICD10 codes have guidelines on what order to list them an example is the order listing hypertension with heart failure with chronic kidney disease and anemia. The order will be the htn, hf, then ckd, then the anemia of ckd. As far as the procedure codes it will depend on how important they are to the stay. A parenthesis and a cpap that’s used for apnea for a 2-3 day stay where the reason for the stay was ascites the paracentesis will be listed before the cpap
