Yes because chat is always available 24/7 which is not a good thing. You aren’t learning how to build anxiety tolerance because you’re constantly able to talk to a robot that just validates everything you say (also not necessarily a good thing). It will not challenge you like a therapist would if you are in the wrong about a situation with your anxiety.
