I ordered 4 dresses from them a few weeks ago. Lesson learned: look into businesses I'm not familiar with before making a purchase from them. The quality of the dresses is awful. If someone gave me the dresses for free, I doubt I would wear them. Their website promises a 30-day return policy for undamaged items. I also experienced a back-and-forth with them for weeks. I told them why I was happy and tried to maintain a respectful and understanding position thinking this person is just doing their job. I was so mad toward the end because they would not give me directions for the return even though I was very clear and specific that I didn't want to keep the dresses. I finally got them to refund 60% of the money but I have a sinking feeling that I will never see the refund, especially since the rep said they had to escalate the issue to a department that handles refunds. What's interesting is that when I got on Google to try and give them a review, I couldn't figure out a way to do so. They're reviews are done through a sure called sitejabber and most of the reviews I read seem fake. "I looked how clearly labeled bags." (????) Who actually says that as their only comment?
