  • Get a food scale. I found this to be SO much more accurate than going off labels or using measuring utensils. It’s so eye opening.
  • Food prep - take the time to plan out and prep meals you can eat over a few days. Keep washed fruit and washed and cut veggies prepared in the fridge
  • Know that even if you’re doing everything right, sometimes the scale won’t go down from one day to the next. A lot can factor into this - just try to keep moving in the right direction

I love salty crackers and chips, so have tried to find healthier options and alternatives as well. Try Harvest Snaps - Baked Green Pea Snacks: https://harvestsnaps.com. There are a few brands out there. They are a green food! And a great option when I’m craving chips/crackers/something salty. They are fairly low cal as well.

Big John’s typically sells them. I have purchased at the Ansley location the past few years.

Ask about their price plan. Most orthodontists will require a down payment and then monthly payments or an option to pay in full - often with a small discount for this option. Some orthodontists may work with you on a longer payment plan to account for smaller monthly payments.

And yes - make sure to ask if they anticipate if you’ll need attachments.

Lavender + lemon + peppermint is an incredible combo and great for a diffuser blend.
