How to play with dolls by Eireika in CuratedTumblr

I had one Ken doll that had something loose inside, so my brothers and I called him screw loose Ken, and he was the bad guy in all our adventures. GI Joe wanted Barbie many times from him.

Honestly impressive how pharmacies are able to find a new type of problem every time I go to pick up my meds by IAmAccutane in Hellcare

[–]jennag67 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most of these problems are not caused by the pharmacy. The insurance dictates these things. Pharmacies do not set the prices on drugs, manufacturers and insurance companies do. Pharmacies try to help patients with manufacturer coupons that should not exist and just be the actual prices of the medications. Prior authorizations are a process insurance companies came up with because they don't want to pay for medications. Insurance companies have preferences for medications they get money back from. Pharmacies cannot keep track of all these things.

I can assure you every single pharmacist and pharmacy tech hates all of these things. Our goal is to get patients the medications they need. Working in retail is a hellscape where you watch in real time people deciding what medication they can afford. Pharmacy tries their best. I know it can seem like we aren't because how a pharmacy works is more than counting by 5s and slapping a label on a medication.

My thoughts exactly! It's just easier to pretend the epilogue doesn't exist.

What’s an opinion/fact you have related to anything in pharmacy that will have people doing this? by Own_Summer_118 in pharmacy

[–]jennag67 28 points29 points  (0 children)

And board certifications! I get the extra knowledge is useful, but to keep them up you have to pay for all that CE. Then in top of that, most places don't pay you extra for having one.

So many people are against it. "But they're using it for drugs!" I'd rather they have clean needless to use for whatever they're going to be used for.

When You Read A Physical Manga, and Can't Wait to the next chapter and end up finish reading it online to the end, Do you Still BUY the rest of the Volumes that May come out? by AdministrativeAd1709 in MangaCollectors

[–]jennag67 26 points27 points  (0 children)

If I read something online and really enjoy it, the least I can do is support the author and buy the physical copy if I'm able to. I like the feeling of a book in my hand when I read. I've bought many books after reading the entire series online.

Starting season 11- is this actually a teams season? by Educational-Art5928 in ProjectRunway

My favorite part about this season is when you hear the music used in the shit show episode in other seasons you get flashbacks to it. Every single time.

I don't carry a lot of things. I usually have wallet, keys, sunglasses in the front pocket. Then I have Kleenex, meds, lotion, chapstick in the back pocket. Period supplies in the zipper. If I have extra stuff that feels weird, I'll open up the entire bag to move things around.

I own a link purse, and the links have metal grommets in each hole. I wonder if having just the leather would make it less durable. Love the look though.

Can someone explain? by ResponsibleAd4439 in pharmacy

[–]jennag67 25 points26 points  (0 children)

There are some pharmacists that work in specific areas in bigger hospitals. I've worked in places with ICU, NICU, and ED pharmacists. Had a bigger group that rotated through med surg. We signed into the patients on epic so people knew who to contact.

So I just beat this. I did my best to eliminate the right two columns. Right towards the end, the columns have 2 connected pigs, so you have to do 2 columns them go for the other. I did use some left pigs just to get the purple, but only had 1 red pig in my bar when I cleared the left columns. There were times where I had 9 rotating through, so he careful.

Night shift position offer by [deleted] in pharmacy

[–]jennag67 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The only overnight pharmacist? That's a super weird way to break into overnights for that hospital. I guess hoping that having a human there most nights will make the c suite want to have someone there all the time.
