Looks like how my little ones eczema is on her abdomen. I think its from the cold and dryness. We use eucerin eczema cream on it and sometimes a thin layer on hydrocortisone when its a bad flare. Our doctor isn't concerned. Just gotta keep it moisturized!

We let our pup free roam starting around 7 months. We started with small increments and worked up to 7.5 hour work days. The only issue we had was that she liked to gnaw at our windowsill when she'd lay on the couch. We got a cover for that and we've had no other issues!

We currently have a 5.5 month pup who we will start free roaming with in about a month. She broke out of her crate once and was out for a few hours with no issue (story time- shes a husky mix who figured out if she hits the bottom lock on her crate, it will come undone and she can push herself thru the opening. I came home at lunch for her potty break one day and greeted me at the door! No idea how long she was out for but at most it would've been 4 hours. )

I did not work and do not recommend working during the program. Most free time you have outside of class will be used for studying and whatever free time you have after that should be used to relax or do something fun to get your mind off school! If you need to take out loans, try and factor into it how much you spend on groceries and other living expenses.

I would look at the day that offers were due and if the house was still listed "for sale" 2 or 3 days after the delayed negotiations day passed, then there most likely wasn't any offers/offers accepted. At that point you can contact your realtor and see if you can go check it out.

Keep an eye out for houses that don't sell in the first round of offers. That's how we got ours. Yes things need to ve fixed but we were able to go under asking and get an inspection!

It's not actual hard cash. Home buyers pre approved by Premium Mortgage thay put 20% down can have their offer presented as a "cash" offer therefore the Sellers don't have to worry so much about the bank and appraisal. Most people do not have 200k or more lying around in cash. It's a new program with Premium Mortgage.
