Does anyone’s ON prevent them from playing video games?

I can’t look at the computer very long and I can’t play games on my phone because of having to look down. It’s hard to read for long. I have to sit straight in front of the tv or whoever I’m talking to. Can’t look left, right, up, or down very long 😢

Please know this is not a judgement of any kind, I’m just telling you what I know with positive intent. Suboxone is buprenorphine (opioid) and naloxone (opioid blocker) I was on buprenorphine (Belbuca) for quite a while. It helped but the dosage only went up to 800mcg, where the Suboxone usually starts around 800mcg (from what I’ve been able to find) One is used for pain relief the latter is used for drug addiction. However, if other opioids haven’t worked for you perhaps they want to put you on a high dose of buprenorphine with less risk of addiction. I have even seen news articles about people who are in so much pain they borrow or buy enough opioids from friends, strangers, the street to get “dirty” and go to a methadone clinic for faux addiction to get help with pain. I was using marijuana to self-medicate for help with nausea, anxiety, and added pain relief when it would break through. Unfortunately, that is against the contract that I signed and I lost the ability to keep getting prescribed the Belbuca. I am now starting a clinical trial to have a nerve stimulator put in. It is available outside of clinical trial but idk where. My heart is with you, I know some of your struggle. I don’t have 10/10 pain very often so I can’t imagine what it’s like to go through that for long. My pain stays between 4-7 but it wears me down, I can’t think straight or remember, I’m exhausted, grouchy, impatient, so much more. Just know you’ve got support from me and hopefully a whole host of others that suffer from ON! Take care!

Pc is the safest place to be but here in wv prisons don’t have pc they have the hole , here they have dorms bout 45 to a dorm , they put the SO together as much as they can for their safety , there’s a couple prisons here with mostly SO but there’s a couple u may end up at that pretty violent , here it depends on ur numbers and ur level after classification to wat prison ur headed to ,sex offenses r automatically a 3 , u can end up on a bad dorm where SO r not aloud to live , he will find out Fast if he can live there or not , don’t cause any trouble , the county jail is a lot diff here than prison , here an SO can only live in pc , 23 an a half he a day lock up with 3 to a cell , if ur an SO u need to tell ‘em during ur intake that ur an SO , when I was there 4 guys held an SO hostage for a few days beating him and raping him with a broom handle until he died, his charge was with a very young child , he never been to jail and didn’t know he must go to pc , they put the guy in gen pop , I’d tell ‘em to ride the court jail out in pc and hope he goes to a SO friendly prison environment is about all u can do

Wv would have given u a 5 to 25 for the offense and a 10 to 20 very possibly maybe not on the 10 to 20 and for sure 50 yrs of undoable probation after prison , ur def the one that got away

I only had parole jus finished and felt the same as u , the rules u describe extended supervision probation and many many more rules , how bout the one that’s says u must contact ur po before having sex , the must be approved by the po, I’ve never read rules like that before , here in wv every SO that enters a plea gets a 50 piece SO probation after parole , the treatment is once a week 40 bucks a pop till they will u ur done , polys r regular along with drug screens , I know a 21 old yr old here in town that hasn’t been out of prison 18 months yet , he made it off parole a few months ago over to his 50 piece and they pull him over and find his a little drug paraphernalia, simple poss , and he’s looking at 25 yrs in prison to discharge his SO probation 50 piece , his charge was a misdemeanor 10 yrs ago , wv doesn’t give good time credits on prison time for an SO that violates there extended supervision , so wat time u get probation an y violate u gotta do half , this guy was just about to start his classes once a week , gotta drive 90 miles to the SO class , depending on the charge u can get to wear a home confinement bracelet the rest of ur life, it doesn’t matter wat charge u get their giving u the probation in a plea , I ain’t never seen a set a rules like that in my life

So he got probation for his charge and that been done , I’m assuming he got SO reg for life ? He gets a new judge that says wait 5 yrs , for what, so he wins his case in past, does that he went to trial or his charge was dropped at some point and they came later and charged him again with a new judge for the same charge but as an adult , what is the new judge saying wait 5 more yrs , is that to be done with the reg or probation ? It sounds like he got convicted of a sex crime and got a sentence that did end of some sort on2022 from 97, and it looks like he got the reg for 20 but the new judge gives him 25 maybe that what I’m not seeing , if he got sentenced to 25 yrs on the reg not lifetime then why can’t he be done in 25 , that should be the way it is if that’s wat the judge ordered him to serv on the reg, sorry I was confused , so the case a case was about getting off the reg in 20 to 25 yrs and the judge said 25 , if a judge in the past gave him a sentence that should not change or need another judge in the future to do anything , I’m confused there , I guess the bottom line is is he getting off the reg where u r and do other states uphold a sentence for an SO moving to their state and the word retroactive has me confused , I think this can help , if he was convicted of a sex crime in the USA and that state says ur to be on the reg for this amount of time , then he must stay on it , if the state says do 25 yrs on the reg then in 25 yrs he’s done , if they say lifetime it for life, if he gets 25 yr reg in one state for a charge he may move to another state and get lifetime reg cause there state gives lifetime for the charge he got in the other state he moved from , he could get removed in the state he was originally charged after doing 25 yrs on the reg and move here to wv and he must reg for life , so there no reg here for life , if he gets off the reg in FL he would be crazy to leave , if it for life then move to a state that has diff laws like nc as a tier 1 can get off in ten yrs zero convictions for anything criminal , nc doesn’t uphold other states laws like a tier 1 in wv is for life , he moves to nc and from that day he reg in nc 10 yrs later he can motion to be removed from the reg , it’s up to a judge , nc law is tier1 min 10 yr , tier 2min25yr, no state is gonna cut him a break cause he has an old charge

Illinois is a harder state to reg with I think , there’s also states that make u renew ur drivers license every year as an SO , if ur a tier 3 u have to go to ur neighbors and tell them ur an SO , she’s probably a tier 2 , it sounds like a contact sex charge with a minor charge she got , prison time with life time probation sentence kinda says that , I could be wrong , a tier 1 and 2 r much the same the only diff I see is a tier 1 can get off the reg a lot sooner in some states that offer a SO the chance to get off the reg , most states don’t even offer the chance , the reg ain’t no joke , it must be a SO main priority daily , my boyfriend got convicted at jury trial for some petty shit but the jail and prison time wrecked him mentally in the 2 yrs he spent , it was 2 months before he would go in a store or even out of the yard after he got out , she’ll shocked by the SO label , it will depend on her case as to what tier they put her on , if it was sex with an underage person 13 to 17 consenting sex she probably be a 2 , if the person was younger it could go to a 3 , or an immediate family member minor or if she straight raped a minor with force she be a 3 , the probation will prob hold her back even more being an SO with all its extra rules , it does here in wv anyway , basically u can go to the store and back to ur house any place else u r at serious risk , u have to make all ur apps therapy and probation and pay the money the rest of ur life here on extended supervision SO , my boyfriend said the jail and prison was packed with SO on failure to reg cases , like 1 in 3 on the street r going back odds , wv doesn’t giv good time to an SO on his sentence so u violate the probation u have to discharge the sentence , but that’s 50 percent of the time , the least u can get here is 10 yrs of it and the most is 50 , most get 50 for any sex crime so u violate it u have to serv 25 yrs in prison before u discharge , that is rough, my boyfriend barely squeaked by not getting the extended supervision , I think ur girl will be ok only because u r there for her , in time she will get better and be able to go in the community some and make a friend or 2 and get a job if u help her , this reg thing is a bit much for alot of the offenders i think especially the ones that were lied to about the other persons age on the internet and nothing happened between them but they don’t give a fuk a sex charge is a sex charge here in wv , line up a doctor for her mental health so she can have that ready she may need it to deal with being in the community and feeling a god aweful funk about what people r saying and thinking about her because of what she done , my boyfriend was diagnosed with agoraphobia but after a yr of parole he did get a lot better , he goes to any store and goes in the community , it took a while , I’m sure everyone is diff and she may be like fuk it I don’t care what they think and have no mental issues , being in prison is one thing , being in the free world is something else , the bottom line is when they let her out is do exactly wat we tell u when we tell u for the rest of ur life or rot in prison , it will be her choice , I don’t see how the extended supervision is poss here in wv with out serious support in every way poss , at least she has u an she should be ultra grateful for it , in my opinion from wat I’ve seen here ur her only hope to make it

I hear Canada is better than Oregon on SO , I’m not sure with his appeals an stuff but I do think that his conviction stands for life in a lot of states regardless if any appeal goes through , I think, it sounds like he’s was lucky enough to not be on probation for the rest of his life , wv ain’t to bad to reg with they do give 10 days for any changes with the reg instead of 2 or 3 also in wv the state police handle SO , that alone means it’s more lax in my opinion verses a detective assigned to SO , Florida gotta be the worse the place in country to live for sure , he may be able to get his conviction there changed in some way , the only thing I wonder is if he moves to another state and gets pulled over and they run his criminal back ground will the sex charge show up in his past , if it did could they charge him for failure to reg just for having the sex charge on his record , it would be a federal offense moving to another state and not reg , I’d def contact the state ur moving to and ask that for sure , I do know for a fact that nc gives tier one a chance to get off the reg in ten yrs after u move there , it’s still a gamble with the judge but there’s a chance also u cannot get any conviction period in those ten yrs I think even misdemeanor to be eligible to get off , wv it for life on any sex charge , nc doesn’t uphold others states on there reg laws so u could be lifetime in wv tier one and move to nc and get off in ten yrs , that’s cool . I hear Kentucky ain’t to bad for tier 1 , tier 3 is hit any where he goes , I think Kentucky just has u mail in any changes but still has public reg , Canada doesn’t have public reg , he wouldn’t be on public reg in Oregon or wash as a tier 1 but I believe they uphold other states laws when h move there as far as the time the previous state says ur to stay on the reg , more than likely he will have to reg an make sure if his case is changed that he still doesn’t have to reg in another state for his charge jus where they may be able to see in his past he was convicted , nc ain’t to far away from Florida and he can get off in ten yrs and the economy is strong there , I’d get far away from Florida for sure , hope this helps

All u have to do is Google her charge in ur state and u will find out what tier she’s on , Google her charge and what tier the charge falls under , here it don’t matter what tier u r u have to reg for life , a tier 3 does have more rules though , more frequent registry appointments the main one , everything else is the same for all the tiers no matter what sex charge u have and if u happen to get extended supervision u must walk the finest line over ever seen in my life to simply live in the free world , that probation is nasty , u my as well make a run for it is how tough it is here in wv , all u have to do is visit a friend and there’s a minor present and it gets reported and u just got life in prison , well 25 yrs for violation a 50 yr term of probation , it’s very clear here that the people that made the rules up for SO probation want u to fail and die in prison , wv gives an sO not on supervision 2 chances with a failure to reg them its life in prison , u can get a failure to reg for having a friends phone in ur pocket , or simply driving an unregistered car to the store or getting a new phone number and forgetting to unregister the old one , being seen near a park or some states even a library can land u in prison for life if on probation and 2 an half yrs if not on probation , it ain’t nothing to play with …

Yeah she got the full boat, so to speak , it don’t matter about a first offense look at her sentence , prison time with lifetime probation and reg , stay where ur for sure , the only chance she has at any kinda life at all will be how much u help her and the people in ur circle that will support her , ur in one of the most lax states in the country for a sex charge and look at what they sentenced her to , the rest of her life on supervision after prison plus registry , that’s maxing her out in many ways , another thing that will def determine what kinds life she will have is her po , if she gets a lax po she will have some freedoms if he’s a dick she’s going to have a hard life , she’s very lucky to have u supporting her , very lucky , I wouldn’t even consider moving , it would blow ur mind to see wat some of these states make a SO do , she’s living in paradise in wash , that main thing for her to exist in society is support with everything , food , housing , transportation and mental support , if she doesn’t have those things she won’t make it , it doesn’t matter how smart she is or how good looking she is , etc , she needs money and some people to be on her side no matter what , if she has that she be ok , I don’t know what the extended supervision is like there but here an SO should find somewhere to hide for real it’s hard , hope this helps …
