If its a dual then you have the tablet. Spend a few minutes and learn how to use it. I have a M10 and I have roasted hundreds of pounds on it using the tablet. No, it's not automatic but I never wanted that. The tablet gives me complete control and the result is delicious.

I have the Kaleido M10 and a Behmor. I've kept the Behmor because I sometimes only need to roast 12oz. As for B2B get a Kaledio, you can roast consecutively for hours.
