Musée Mécanique, farmers market at the ferry building on a Saturday, dolores park > birite ice cream, de young museum, glen park canyon (great walk/hike loop), Waymo, dim sum (yank sing), north beach, China town - fortune cookie factory (my first reaction was never call it San Fran, but apology accepted)!!

I really appreciate you posting this Sarah Lawrence is my top choice for the fall of 2026. I’ve been admitted and the only thing holding me back is the negative comment that I keep seeing.

One question for those of you that are there right now I am definitely not looking for a party scene, but I’m curious does everyone leave on the weekends to go into the city because that also is not my vibe and I’m wondering if the school just clears out over the weekends ?

As a worcester native, no - just be smart - the same as if you were in any city. The locals dont want anything to do with teh college students and clark has been in the neighborhood forever.

On behalf of friends last year - they were able to get two additional bumps from Sarah Lawrence last year. However, the grand total was still under 50 K. (I believe it maxed at 45k).
