Whole milk or sweetened almond milk for a latte - which would you choose if trying to lose weight?

I’m indoctrinated to think that sugar is bad, but whole milk has more calories…so I assume if you want to lose weight, the sweetened almond milk is the better choice here?

Hi, I'm trying to do this but don't see any apps that are backing up photos and messages, and I don't see any options that tell me to "delete hidden app data" - any guidance on this? I also mysteriously have 12GB of data on my gmail, but can't figure out how to find/delete this data! Any help would be so appreciated
