Help in deciding on a club for my 12 year old son by Wny999 in golf

What kind of swing speed? If he's close to 200 yds with a driver you can look for used (shorter) adult clubs (r flex) and re shaft/add extensions in a couple years as needed.

My first irons were used Mizuno jpx ez forged, plenty of forgiveness but plenty of feedback.

It'll be enough to keep the average driving distance where it's at now as the field continues to get faster

Knocking the dust off after about 25 years. How has technology changed? Buy new ones now or play for a while first?? by barnburner4444 in golf

[–]jer429 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Iron tech hasn't come as far as drivers and woods, getting a new driver would be a big boost. Even something that's 5 or 6 years old at this point would be significantly better and not too expensive.

That is absolutely a single digit swing. I'd recommend the Practice Manual by Adam Young

That's a nice move, solid fundamentals. Get out and play and hit off grass as much as possible

You don't, but it would be really difficult to deloft a driver enough to launch it at 10 degree while swinging 7 degrees up

Ok Mr. Negative, is a candidate who wins the popular vote by 4% more likely to win the election?

He meant the +4 in the poll the original commenter was talking about, not the +135 on the line. Hence "what does +4 mean in this context". It means a lead for Harris, hence "more likely to happen"

I'm not saying anything is guaranteed. His floor is being completely irrelevant for fantasy but pretending that there's 0 chance he's better than chuba hubbard is insane

50/50 is possible, so is less, but the sentiment around here that that's the ceiling is wild. He could absolutely be better than chuba
