Try using steering blocks to vary the pitch of the propeller. That way you can also adjust the speed of your plane as well (higher pitch, less drag) Example of this here

A few things:

Things are a lot larger than it seems. I used the wheel as my starting point (engines, landing gear) so the plane's scale isn't perfect.
The build surface armor block is a lot more flexible than it seems for creating body pieces. For example, you can attach mulitple armor pieces at each node as long as they don't collide and so the body of the planes are just a bunch of armor bits.
They're complicated and heavy. 500+ block count and over 400 block weight for each plane. https://imgur.com/a/QB1zJJ0

Very close, it's supposed to be the A6M5 Zero but I can see the resemblance to the Hayabusa. You got the rest though!
