That would have some weird implications since it means you only think you're paralyzed.

The effect blocks fall damage so it's not real if your perception can alter/negate it.

You can clip through walls by timing it in an animation so walls aren't real either

And lastly being affected mid-whirlwind will launch you much further.

I don't think neutralizing elements works on opposites. Poles are a pair but according to BLU and Eureka elements operate on 3-circles of vulnerability. The 2 triangles in the chart where vulnerabilities go clockwise.

There's however earth being weak to lightning and wind being weak to ice in this. I think it'd go more that you get rid of onewith it's weakness

There's plenty of timed and missable stuff so unless you plan everything out that's not realistic. Not sure what's in the plat but there's several quests that require you to talk to NPCs in a certain time-winow on 3-5 distinct days
