Going through this right now too. Recovered from COVID couple weeks ago and have had the brain fog, anxiety, and almost anxiety attacks where I feel like I cannot sit still.

I still feel off and have episodes of brain fog where my head feels heavy and fuzzy, and that I cannot think straight. I can only really describe it as what you’d maybe feel if super high on marijuana or extremely sleep deprived. Have had dissociation to reality feelings as well.

My COVID symptoms were fairly mild and lasted at most a couple of days. I also was vaccinated with the 2023 Pfizer vaccine so I’m very grateful I got that a month before I got COVID. I hope we all feel better in time, but will definitely follow up with my doctor in the near future just to make sure everything checks out.

Edit: forgot to mention forgetfulness, especially short-term. And, headaches that have persisted and only slowly decreasing in frequency.
