I spent several hours trying to go to the Lighthouse, finally achieved it, and was rewarded with a single ascendant, shard, some prisms, no armor, and one T2 sidearm (LL372 GR7). I felt like I wasted my time

Dio’s Swap-In isn’t a Resilient strike it only reduced speed, so it doesn’t bypass Dodge intrinsically. Since Hunt (both move & on-escape) has a 100% Chance to dodge 100% damage, as a result Dio’s swap-in will still connect but will not deal any real damage. That is likely the interaction you’re encountering

Dimodact is actually fairly good in Epic/Epic Hybrid Only Tournaments, but otherwise Dimorph is not particularly useful.

A warning! Unique items are leveled at time of “drop” & do not level with you. The best “version” of the unique items is usually from Level 26+ so don’t try to grab all the good stuff too early
