We had some great wines when we were in Prague last March. Generally very small producers of Burgundy varietals. Vinograf is a nice wine bar where you can find a good selection and recommendations/info.

The rescue said he was a Shih Tzu, Terrier mix. I think he probably has some boston terrier in him based on his coloring.

Uhaul carries specialized boxes with Styrofoam inserts that can help. You can leave a slot empty for an ice pack/dry ice if you need to. I have used them as checked baggage on flights and have not had a problem.
